PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bellows cloth from being largely defelected inside a bellows by disposing a protective rod on the inner surface of the bellows, hold the protective rod generally horizontally even when connected vehicles are deviated from each other, and utilize the protective rod as a handrail. SOLUTION: A connection frame 10 is turnably installed on the passage side part of a member 3 for installing one end side of the bellows 2 by rotatably connecting the upper part of the connection frame 10. The protective rod 12 is disposed horizontally on the side inner surface of the bellows 2. One end of the protective rod 12 is connected to the lower part of the connection frame 10 rotatably in vertical and horizontal directions. The other end of the protective rod 12 is rotatably connected to a vertical pin 21 installed on the passage side part of the member 4 for installing the other end side of the bellows 2 so that the protective rod 12 can generally horizontally be positioned.
