<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in consideration of the mental state of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The display device has sensors which measure an intensity of the wavelength of environmental light other than visible light such as ultraviolet light or infrared light, in a place where the display device is installed. An ultraviolet sensor and an infrared sensor are used as the sensors. The intensity of ultraviolet light and that of infrared light measured by the sensors are graded by levels to perform image control.
