<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve smell, water treatment and other defects by performing care using a bathroom for bathing and a washroom for easing nature, and to lighten fatigue in caring a physically-disabled person by performing transfer to a wheelchair, and meals, television, resting posture control, or the like on a bed (Japanese bedding). <P>SOLUTION: This multifunctional care machine is usable without remodeling a patient's room or the like in a house/hospital. The pursuit or the like of operability and safety is materialized. A care receiver's sense of security is improved by a gondola fitted to the body. Improvement in reducing vibration in traveling a small-rugged surface is achieved by adopting a braking device and large-sized wheels.
