PURPOSE: An initial warning service method is provided to automatically establish thee initial warning system about a plurality of living-type SOHO loan customers. CONSTITUTION: A system target registration unit automatically registers an initial warning target(S100). Based on selected rules, a system grade processing unit determines possibility of latency insolvent(S102). A system class processing unit give a degree of insolvency possibility(S104). A system action processing unit sets a matters of management to a living-type SOHO(Small Office Home Office) loan customer of red grade(S106). The system action processing unit informs a generated initial warning breakdown(S108). |
