摘要 <p>The spur gear system for driving rollers of paper machines, comprises a pinion gear, which is driven by untilatably mounted drive shafts (17, 33) and which intermeshes with a sprocket or gear wheel, which is connected to an axial end of the roller. The drive shafts are rotatably coupled with the pinion gear via a curved tooth gear coupling with two coupling halves and a tiltable intermediate piece. The rollers of the paper machine rotate around a rectilinear longitudinal axis (40) of the roller by weight and/or operating forces under neglecting a possible deflection. The spur gear system for driving rollers of paper machines, comprises a pinion gear, which is driven by untilatably mounted drive shafts (17, 33) and which intermeshes with a sprocket or gear wheel, which is connected to an axial end of the roller. The drive shafts are rotatably coupled with the pinion gear via a curved tooth gear coupling with two coupling halves and a tiltable intermediate piece. The rollers of the paper machine rotate around a rectilinear longitudinal axis (40) of the roller by weight and/or operating forces under neglecting a possible deflection. An axial end of the drive shaft forms a first coupling half and the pinion gear forms a second coupling half. The drive shaft is inclined at an angle to the rectilinear longitudinal axis of the roller and to the pinion axis. The axial end of the roller is mounted at an axle stand by a self-aligning bearing. The tiltable pinion gear designed as a hollow body is mounted at the axle stand by another self-aligning bearing and is tiltable with respect to the rectilinear longitudinal axis of the roller. The drive shaft is arranged laterally adjacent to the pinion gear and intermeshes with the intermediate piece by a first curved toothing. The intermediate piece intermeshes with the pinion gear by a second curved toothing. The drive shaft has a shaft sleeve with an internal toothing, which intermeshes with a first external toothing of the intermediate piece and the pinion gear has an internal toothing, which intermeshes with a second external toothing of the intermediate piece, which has the shape of a hollow cylinder and an external toothing at both of its axial ends respectively. The external toothing has curved teeth. The drive shaft is tilted with respect to the rectilinear longitudinal axis of the roller at 0.4-1.0[deg]. The pinion gear and the drive shaft are superposingly tilted to one another in the same direction with respect to the longitudinal axis of the intermediate piece. The drive shafts, the pinion gears and the intermediate pieces are connected to drive power fluxes in a parallel manner and are arranged symmetrical to one another. The drive shafts run along a common horizontal plane. An independent claim is included for a roller drive mechanism of a paper machine.</p>
