PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-output speaker substantially reducing distortion. SOLUTION: First and second magnets 19 and 20 are arranged in an oblique direction or a roughly horizontal direction through a magnetic gap 24. Also, a diaphragm 15 is configured such that its one end is connected to the upper part of a voice coil body 14, and it is arranged in the upper part of the second magnet 20, and a damper 18 is configured such that its one end is connected to the lower part of the voice coil body 14, and it is arranged in the lower part of the second magnet 20.
