PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sidewall structure of a basement attaining the sufficient joining strength of a concrete panel to a concrete wall. SOLUTION: In forming each concrete column 14, a steel bar 40 is partially embedded in the concrete column 14 and exposed (Figure 3(A)). Each steel bar 40 is embedded in each concrete column 14 so that the upper end is at the same height. An angle member 50 having an L-shaped cross section is fixed to the upper end of each steel bar 40 (Figure 3(B)). The concrete panel 60 with a steel plate 61 embedded in the surface is fixed to the steel bar 40 and in its turn to the concrete wall 30 by welding the steel plate 61 to the angle member 50 (Figure 3(D)).
