PURPOSE: An autothermal mesophilic and thermophilic aerobic digestion apparatus and a treatment method for high concentrated organic wastewater using the same are provided to improve oxygen diffusion efficiency and agitation efficiency of an aerobic reactor while removing bad smell materials and bubbles included in the internal gas. CONSTITUTION: A thermophilic aerobic digestion apparatus(1) includes an aerobic digester(10), a wastewater circulating unit(20), a first air injection unit(30), an internal gas circulating unit(40), a second air injection unit(50), and a bubble circulation removing unit. The thermophilic aerobic digestion apparatus further includes a bubble discharging unit(70), a sprinkling bubble removing unit(80), and a two-fluid nozzle(100). The aerobic digester includes an inlet(13), an outlet(15), and a sludge outlet(16). The wastewater circulating unit comprises a wastewater circulation pipe(21) and a wastewater circulation pump(22). The first air injection unit comprises a first venture pipe(31) and a pressure tank(32). The internal gas circulating unit comprises an internal gas circulation pipe(41) and an internal gas control valve(42). The second air injection unit comprises a second venture pipe(53) and a blower(52). The bubble circulation removing unit comprises a bubble circulation pipe(61) and a bubble control valve(62).
