PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the presence or absence of an afterimage more accurately and update an offset image properly.SOLUTION: A memory (18) stores a last X-ray image captured. A CPU (17) obtains, as a dark image, an image captured with no X rays projected after the last X-ray image was captured, determines the presence or absence of an afterimage from the dark image on the basis of pixel values of the last X-ray image and offset image, and determines whether or not to update the offset image according to the determination result about the presence or absence of the after image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
