This module (10) is of the type comprising an electronic component (12) furnished with a conducting face (22) linked electrically to a connection member (23) of the component (12) by means of a conductor (14) that is at least partially corrugated so as to delimit an alternation of opposite undulations (24a, 24b), a first series of undulations (24a) being linked to the conducting face (22) of the electronic component (12). The conductor also comprises a second series of undulations (24b) opposite to the undulations (24a) of the first series and intercalated between the undulations (24a) of the first series, this second series of undulations (24b) being linked to a conducting face (28) of the connection member (23).
