The present invention relates to a rotary type three-dimensional laser scanning system capable of simplifying a coupling structure between a rotary unit and a fixated unit, and a structure of light-emitting optical system by separating a transmission path of laser supplied from a pulse laser source module to an optical transmission module, and a supply path of power consumed in a light reception module and a controller, more particularly, reducing the length of an optical fiber by configuring the pulse laser source module on an upper part of the rotary unit and transmitting light of the pulse laser source module to a light transmission module without comprising a separate support bracket. For the purpose, the three-dimensional laser scanning system according to the present invention comprises: the rotary unit including the light transmission module to emit pulse light, the light reception module to receive reflection light reflected at an object after being emitted from the light transmission module, and the controller to generate an image of a measurement target object based on the reflection light received from the light reception module; the fixated unit including the pulse laser source module located on the upper part of the rotary unit to generate and supply the pulse light to the light transmission module and a rotation driving means formed on a lower part of the rotary unit to rotate the rotary unit; a light transmission unit of which one end is connected to the pulse laser source module and the other end is connected to the upper part of the rotary unit to transmit the pulse light generated in the pulse laser source module to the light transmission module; and a line unit including a power supply line to supply power to the rotary unit and the fixated unit, and an image transmission line to transmit the image generated in the rotary unit.
