PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup head which hardly allows a focus error signal and a tracking error signal to generate an offset, and an information recording/reproducing device using the same with respect to the optical pickup head which impresses a high frequency signal to a semiconductor laser. SOLUTION: This optical pickup head is provided with a semiconductor substrate 11, the semiconductor laser 12 which is mounted on the semiconductor substrate 11, a first photodetector 13 which receives a laser beam 30 which is emitted from the semiconductor laser 12 and is reflected by an optical memory medium 40 and outputs a current signal according to light quantity of the laser beam 30 which is received and a current-voltage conversion circuit 15 which converts the current signal to a voltage signal. The high frequency signal for reducing the fluctuation of output due to the laser beam 30 reflected by the optical memory medium 40 is inputted to the semiconductor laser 12 and the first photodetector 13 and the current-voltage conversion circuit 15 are formed on the semiconductor substrate 11. |
