A wireless local area network access method and a wireless access point. The method comprises: the wireless access point acquiring connection information about a wireless client; and determining the position of an antenna of the wireless access point according to the acquired connection information, so as to ensure that the wireless client accesses a wireless local area network with the current best signal. In the technical solution provided in the present invention, the position, such as an angle, of an antenna of an wireless access point is adjusted by monitoring connection information, such as the strength of an access signal, about a wireless client, thereby ensuring that the wireless client accesses a wireless local area network with the current best signal, guaranteeing the WLAN connection quality and improving the user experience at the same time. |
