PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method and an information processing program by which a use control intended by a content provider can be performed even if providing a plurality of contents in combination.

SOLUTION: It is determined whether a combination method defined by an output rule meets combination conditions of respective contents defined by a play list or not in the priority order defined by a priority table, and the output rule is edited on the basis of determination results so as to meet the combination conditions of respective contents defined by the play list, and resources of respective contents defined by the play list are combined on the basis of the combination method of the edited output rule.
