PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a crane for an earth reforming machine in which carrying work to a flexible container of reforming material to a charging port of a hopper by the crane can be easily and precisely conducted. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a hoisting angle sensor 19 for a boom 13 of the crane 10 mounted on a frame 3, a swinging angle sensor 18 for the boom 13, and a controller 20 to control drive of hoisting and swinging to the boom 13 based on a detected boom angle and swing angle detected by the sensors 19 and 18, and make control to position and stop a tip part of the boom 13 to a specified position above the charging port of the reforming material hopper 6. The controller 20 automatically sets a crawling mode after above positioning and stopping to limit boom manual operation speed to be less than specified. After above positioning and stopping, fall of a hook 14 is controlled based on a position of the flexible container detected by a flexible container position sensor 35, so that the flexible container quickly falls from a specified height to a reforming material chargeable height.
