摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium-ion secondary battery provided with a porous membrane and capable of suppressing a thermal runaway without undergoing thermal shrinkage with a separator even in a short-circuit test such as a pin penetration test. <P>SOLUTION: A lithium-ion secondary battery comprises a positive electrode made up of lithium oxide composite, a negative electrode made up of materials capable of occluding and releasing the lithium on electrochemical basis, a separator, a non-aqueous electrolyte solution, an inorganic oxide filler, and a binding agent. The secondary battery is provided with the porous membrane intervening between the separator and at least one of the electrodes.
