<p>A polarization integrator comprising a polarization beam splitter (PBS)(51) for separating a light from a light source (1) into P-polarization and S-polarization, a first micro-lens (52), a 1/2 wavelength plate (53), and a second micro-lens (54), wherein the first micro-lens is disposed so as to condense P-polarization and S- polarization separated by the PBS to mutually different positions, the 1/2 wavelength plate is disposed at a position where the P-polarization is condensed to act to convert P-polarization into S-polarization, the second micro-lens acts to integrate S-polarization after passed through the 1/2 wavelength plate and polarization-converted with S-polarization not passed through the 1/2 wavelength plate, and at least one of the PBS, first micro-lens, 1/2 wavelength plate and second micro-lens is formed by using a DLC film.</p> |
