<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferably reduce power consumption associated with refresh operation. <P>SOLUTION: In a communication terminal, a storage part stores a time table of the refresh operation related to one or more statuses of a cellular phone; a control part determines whether it is any of the start times of the refresh operation described in the stored time table, and generates a refresh signal related to one or more predetermined statuses described in the time table corresponding to the start time of the refresh operation based on information related to the status of the cellular phone managed by a status management table when it is determined to be any of the start times of the refresh operation; an antenna, a transmission circuit and the like sequentially transmit refresh signals to a connection control server in a first state where connection with the connection control server is established. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
