A refrigerant injection gun for an air conditioner is provided to allow a user to grip the injection gun easily by enlarging a body, and to prevent a leakage of refrigerant when an excessive tension is exerted to a refrigerant hose. A refrigerant injection gun for an air conditioner comprises a body(21), a nozzle housing(25), a nozzle(27), a cylinder(31), and a clamping ball(41). The body has an air passage(L1), a vacuum passage(L2), a refrigerant passage(L3), and a cylinder chamber(C1). The air passage is connected to an external first air hose(H1) and the vacuum passage is connected to an external vacuum hose(H2). The refrigerant passage connected with the external refrigerant hose is formed at the other side of an inside of the body. The cylinder chamber connected to the air passage is formed at a center of a lower part of the body. The plural clamping balls is installed at an inner part of a lower part of the body by a ball carrier(39) and is mated to a ball guider(33) of the cylinder to clamp a refrigerant injection nipple.
