The invention relates to fishing industry, in particular to equipment for processing fish, for example bullhead. A device for fish nobbing comprises a knife attached to a drive and a support plate. The knife is made as a fork with two pointed teeth at the ends. The planes of the teeth are arranged at angle to each other. The teeth are disposed at a distance from each other to allow passing the spinal bone between thereof. The knife is fixed in such a manner as to allow making the reciprocating movement. The support plate for arranging fish has a figured opening to allow the knife passing. |
