Disclosed is a release film having low surface roughness and moderate frictional properties. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the release film includes: a base material layer having a main surface on which a release layer is coated; and an antistatic layer coated on the opposite side of the main surface of the base material layer. In addition, the base material layer includes an inorganic particle containing silica beads whose surface is substituted with a methyl group. |
