A touch screen drive circuit, a touch screen and an electronic terminal, wherein the touch screen drive circuit comprises: a control circuit (301) generating and outputting a scanning signal and a data selection signal according to the location of an electrode to be driven; and a data selection circuit (302), wherein the input end thereof is connected to the control circuit, and the output end thereof is correspondingly connected to each scanning port of the touch screen respectively for connecting or disconnecting the connection between the input end thereof and an output end corresponding to the electrode to be driven according to the data selection signal. The drive circuit can effectively reduce the influence of attenuation generated in a scanning signal transmission process on subsequent touch point detection, thus guaranteeing the reliability and accuracy of a detection result.
