PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assisting device for a bathroom capable of providing ease of use to as many bathers as possible.SOLUTION: An assisting device 30 for a bathroom 10 assists a standing-up movement of a bather. The assisting device 30 includes a guard rail 31 that can be installed on a wall 11 of the bathroom 10 along a first side wall 21 of a bathtub 20, and a protrusion 42 that protrudes from the guard rail 31 and has such a shape that the protrusion can be held by the bather.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
