A method and apparatus for detecting cheated clicks. The method comprises: determining, based on the number of clicks made on predetermined contents by a user within a predetermined time period, suspicious clicks (101); determining, according to the suspicious clicks, at least one suspicious user group suspected of cheating (102); determining, according to keywords of the predetermined contents clicked by each suspicious user group within the predetermined time period, non-cheating user groups to be eliminated (103); and eliminating the non-cheating user groups in the suspicious user groups so as to determine cheating user groups (104). Clicks on predetermined contents can be monitored, thereby improving the detection efficiency and detection accuracy of cheating clicks, and reducing the waste of time and resources.
