A system to perform marine surveying, comprising: a marine vessel; a first survey source towed by the marine vessel; a first mini-streamer attached to the first survey source, wherein the first mini-streamer includes at least one survey receiver, and wherein the at least one survey receiver is in-line with the first survey source; a main streamer towed by the marine vessel, wherein the main streamer has a plurality of survey receivers, and the main streamer is separate from the survey source and the first mini-streamer, wherein the first survey source is spaced apart, in an in-line direction, from a closest survey receiver of the main streamer by a first distance, and wherein the first survey source is spaced apart, in the in-line direction, from the at least one survey receiver of the first mini-streamer by a second distance less than the first distance, wherein the at least one survey receiver of the first mini-streamer is configured to measure near-zero offset data; a second survey source and a second mini-streamer attached to the second survey source, the second mini-streamer having at least one survey receiver, wherein the at least one survey receiver of the second mini-streamer is in-line with the second survey source, and wherein the second survey source and the second mini-streamer are spaced apart in a cross-line direction from the first survey source and the first streamer, wherein the at least one survey receiver of the second mini-streamer is to measure signaling produced by the first survey source to measure cross-line data.
