PURPOSE:To prevent an optical axis from being out of position even with vibration generated when a vehicle moves by disposing near the pivot junction position of a reflector a driving unit for driving a filter. CONSTITUTION:A driving unit 28 for driving a filter 21 is provided with a motor 29 and the like and has predetermined weight. Because the driving unit 28 is disposed near under a pivot 15, the load of the driving unit 28 is mainly exerted on the pivot shaft 15 and a reflector 14 is not acted upon by great rotary moment produced about the pivot shaft 15. The reflector 14 will not therefore be moved with the weight of the driving unit 28 by vibration, etc., generated when a vehicle moves, and an optical axis is prevented from being out of position.
