PURPOSE:To obtain a green coloring matter-containing jelly-like food which is resistant to discoloration and fading of the color of the added natural green coloring matter derived from green vegetable. CONSTITUTION:The pH of the base material of a jelly-like food which is mixed with green coloring matter is kept 6.8-7.4. Further, ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate is preferably added to the base material. |
