摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle power transmission device suitably reducing transmission shock in power-off upshifting time in the power transmission device having an electric differential part and a transmission part. <P>SOLUTION: Since the control device of a vehicle power transmission device has an engine rotation reducing means 94 lowering an engine rotational speed N<SB>E</SB>by means of a third motor M3 in power-off upshifting in an automatic transmission part 20, the engine rotational speed N<SB>E</SB>can be reduced without driving (power running) of a first motor M1. Therefore, the engine rotational speed N<SB>E</SB>can be lowered to a target rotational speed N<SB>E</SB>* regardless of output limitation of an accumulator 56 (battery), and consequently, transmission shock can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
