PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently set panel forming areas on a pair of mother substrates by preventing the sealant ends from protruding into the terminal areas of the adjacent panel forming areas without forming the waste areas, and avoid connection error between the terminals and other circuit boards. SOLUTION: In the panel forming areas 3 for every two adjacent lines set on the first mother substrate 1, both tips 5a of the sealant 5 forming the filling holes 6 are extended close to the boundaries between the panel forming areas 3 of every two adjacent lines.
