FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: current intensity is registered by milliamperemeter scale of the device for galvanisation "Potok-1". Electrodes are connected to galvanometer. A rectifier with intensity of current 5 mA is switched on. Negative electrode of galvanometer - a lead plate size of which is 8±5 cm is laid on left costovertebral angle. The second positive electrode with the lead plate of the same size is folded in the shape of tube along the length of the plate. Positive electrode is put on the points of pancreas projection, at the same time readings of milliampermeter scale on the device "Potok-1" are registered. If current intensity is 3.5-4 mA, acute hydropic pancreatitis is diagnosed. If current intensity is 2-3 mA, noninfected pancreatitis is diagnosed. If current intensity is 1.5-2.5 mA, infected pancreatitis is diagnosed. If current intensity decreases to 1 mA and lower, purulo-necrotic complication of pancreatolysis is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: method allows differentiating forms of acute pancreatitis in early stages in time and selecting optimal method for treatment and defining of complications. ^ 1 ex, 2 dwg |
