PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment and an imaging device which are advantageous to miniaturization. SOLUTION: An upper printed wiring board 36 is mounted to four first upper bent pieces 70, a lower printed wiring board 40 is mounted to three first lower bent pieces 76, and they are fixed with screws 2A and 2B which have axial centers extending in thickness directions of the printed wiring boards 36 and 40. An intermediate printed wiring board 38 is fixed to plates 60 and 62 of a wiring board fixing frame 58 via two substrate fixing pieces 80 with screws 2D having axial centers extending along a direction parallel to the surface of the intermediate printed wiring board 38. Each of substrate fixing pieces 80 has a first fixing piece 8002 and a second fixing piece 8004, the second fixing piece 8004 of each substrate fixing piece 80 is connected by a connecting piece 8006, and the two substrate fixing pieces 80 constitute a single substrate fixing member 80A.
