PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal capable of solving contention between applications with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal 10 capable of simultaneously starting a plurality of applications 18a-18d comprises an application selecting part 13 for selecting one application to make a start request; a start state determining part 14a for determining whether the application receiving the start request by the application selecting part 13 can be started based on the start state of the other applications; and a competition solving part 14 for determining the application to be stopped according to an application level set based on precedence of every application when determining that the application selected by the start state determining part 14a cannot be started.
