PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure of a bearing cap with a sensor unit which can effectively discharge foreign matters intruding into a holder support part.SOLUTION: A holder support part 50 which is internally fit with a holder main body part 48 constituting a sensor holder 46 is protrusively arranged at a position at an upper side in vertically-adjoining two-point positions out of an inside face of a bottom plate part 39 in an axial direction, and a nut holding part 51 which holds a nut 37 for screwing bolts for connecting the sensor holder 46 is similarly protrusively arranged in a lower position in a state that they are separated from each other. The holder support part 50 is formed into a cylinder-lacked shape having a non-continuous part 52 at a lower end. An upper side face of the nut holding part 51 is made to be a cylinder face on which a portion opposing the non-continuous part 52 is located at an uppermost side part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
