The method involves depositing a dielectric adhesive (22) e.g. epoxy adhesive, on a support (1), and placing an electronic microcircuit (8) on the support. The microcircuit is compressed to provoke plastic deformation of gold connection pins (9, 10) of the microcircuit and connection terminals (6, 7) of an antenna, where the plasticity of the pins is greater than that of the support. A disk shaped base of the pins extends via a portion. A bottom part of the portion has a radius lower than that of the base. A height of the portion from the base is lower than/equal to an antenna thickness.
