<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that, Shochu lees including much water in a gelled form is difficult to remove the water and also difficult to suppress offensive odor emitted by its aerobic fermentation, thus having being unsuitable for animal feed; whereas, utilization of bamboo materials as an un unused resource has been urgent. <P>SOLUTION: A fermentation treatment by incorporating Shochu lees with fine bamboo materials and aerobic bacteria is conducted to promote water content control, the ingredients's decomposition promotion, odor components' degradation, etc. At the same time, unused resources can be used as a useful kind of feed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
