The present invention provides an indicating method and indicating system for a control zone on a clear channel detection sub-frame, an acquiring method and acquiring system for the control zone on the clear channel detection sub-frame, a device having a base station function, a terminal and a communication system. The indicating method for the control zone on the clear channel detection sub-frame comprises: sending indicating information to a terminal served by a device having a base station function; and indicating the terminal to acquire parameter information about a first control zone on a clear channel detection sub-frame from the indicating information, wherein the parameter information comprises: a first zone length of the first control zone and a first initial position of the first control zone. By means of the technical scheme of the present invention, the initial position and the length of a control zone on a CCA sub-frame can be determined by a terminal, and a downlink control channel can be accurately received in time, thereby accurately acquiring a control signal borne on the downlink control channel.
