<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell suppressing degradation of a battery performance due to deterioration of an electrode layer and a maintenance method of the fuel cell capable of reproducing a deteriorated part as well. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell is provided with an electrolyte membrane and a catalyst layer arranged on the electrolyte membrane. The catalyst layer 12a is provided with an electrode layer in which a deteriorated part likely to be deteriorated due to a structure more likely to have moisture residue than other parts is formed, and the maintenance method includes a process in which a reproduction solution for reproducing a deteriorated point is introduced into the deteriorated part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
