<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with a system in the prior art for will information, wherein a person leaving his/her will information cannot decide the time for opening the will information by himself/herself, and the system for accumulating the will information becomes too complicated that appropriateness for opening the will information including confirmation of the person himself/herself and issuance of an electronic key is deviated from his/her controllability, and there is a great possibility that the will information is opened in a manner that does not satisfy his/her wishes and intention. <P>SOLUTION: The person leaving his/her will stores his/her will information in this system and registers the limit time till opening the will information and address to which the will information is transmitted and sent to open it by himself/herself. When the limit time decided by the person himself/herself has come, the system opens the will information to the address to which it is transmitted and sent.
