One plane of one ring (6b) is at an angle to a plane of the other ring (4), with the angle pref. adjustable. One ring pivot pin (12) passes through a bore (14) of its shank (2b), with the pin other end fitted with a rivet head (13). This ring is intended for a thumb, while the other one (4) is intended for the index or middle finger. The other shank may be fitted with a stop, closely behind the ring. USE/ADVANTAGE - For scissors, clamps, forceps, etc., with a facility to hold an instrument in each hand, without the surgeon's fatigue.
