<p>PURPOSE:To provide a radar which can detect a video interference with a high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION:Radar transmitting and receiving beam formation and ESM (electric support measure) receiving beam formation are constituted by an antenna 1 which can scan by the same electronic beam. Further, the radar comprises a beam controller 11 for controlling the scanning of the beam by the antenna 1, a timing signal generator 12 for generating a timing signal for switching the operation of scanning the transmission and the reception of the radar signal and the reception of a video interference by the antenna 1, a receiver 2 for obtaining a video signal from the reception signal in the case of scanning the beams, and a frequency measuring unit 9 for analyzing the reception signal obtained by the antenna 1 to measure the characteristics of the interference.</p> |
