PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid which is used for forming ultraviolet light-screening films hardly yellowed with an alkaline substance such as a glass cleaner, to provide an ultraviolet light-screening film, and to provide a laminate having the ultraviolet light-screening film. SOLUTION: This coating liquid which comprises a dilution solvent, a curing catalyst, and a curable ultraviolet light absorbent of the general formula (1) (X is an alkoxyl which is hydrolyzed to form a silanol; R is a 1 to 3C alkylene chain) obtained by a reaction of 2,2',4,4'-tetrahydroxybenzophenone with an isocyano group-having alkoxysilane in the presence of a catalyst and is used for forming ultraviolet light-screening films curable at the ordinary temperature, is characterized in that the isocyano group-having alkoxysilane is compounded in an amount of 2 to 10 moles per mole of the 2,2',4,4'- tetrahydroxybenzophenone.
