<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the transmission destination of data and maintain security, and to facilitate acquisition of the data at the transmission destination. <P>SOLUTION: A conference system 1 includes an MFP and a projector for displaying data, wherein the MFP preliminarily stores data for presentation in an HDD and includes an access key generating portion 55 to generate an access key for an access to the data for presentation and a data transmitting portion 75 to transmit the data presentation on the condition that the access key is received from one of PCs, and the projector includes a wireless communication portion to wirelessly communicate with PCs within a predetermined distance, a projecting control portion to display the data stored in the HDD in the MFP, an access key receiving portion to acquire the access key, and an access key transmitting portion to cause the wireless communication portion to transmit the access key in response to reception of a request from the PC via the wireless communication portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
