A system for obtaining and managing GPS(Global Positioning System) surveying data is provided to transmit the GPS surveying data, obtained by using a portable data collector, to a management server through the medium of wireless Internet, confirm error information transmitted from the management server in a site and re-collect and transmit the GPS surveying data if necessary, thereby improving accuracy, rapidness and reliability of entire work processes. A system for obtaining and managing GPS(Global Positioning System) surveying data comprises a portable data collector(100) for obtaining the GPS surveying data and a management server(200) for receiving the GPS surveying data. A worker computer connected to the management server performs data processing of the GPS surveying data transmitted from the portable data collector. When errors such as data omission, overlap, damage and so on occur, the management server transmits error information to the portable data collector and re-receives the GPS surveying data.
