PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator capable of transmitting the displacement of a piezoelectric element properly.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator includes a piezoelectric element 40 including a piezoelectric 41 having first and second principal surfaces 41a, 41b facing each other, and a plurality of electrodes having different polarities arranged on the piezoelectric 41 alternately in the opposite direction of the first and second principal surfaces 41a, 41b, and a support member for supporting the piezoelectric element 40 while restricting in a state where the binding force acting on the piezoelectric 41 from the second principal surface 41b side is larger than the binding force acting on the piezoelectric 41 from the first principal surface 41a side. Displacement of the piezoelectric 41 on the second principal surface 41b side is larger than that on the first principal surface 41a side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
