PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holographic display method and a holographic display device based on eye tracking.SOLUTION: A holographic display method based on eye tracking includes: step 101 of obtaining an eye image by tracking both eyes of a viewer in real time; step 102 of determining whether coordinates of both eyes can be established on the basis of the tracked eye image; and step 103 of reducing converted depth of field of a displayed three-dimensional image if the coordinates of both eyes cannot be established on the basis of the tracked eye image. The present invention allows the user to view clear three-dimensional image even when a camera cannot clearly track positions of eyes by the above embodiment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
