PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a bill in a bill storage cabinet and to provide an improvement of functionality even when the configuration of a blade for switching a conveyance path is restricted in a conveyance part.SOLUTION: An automatic teller machine includes: a first conveyance part and a second conveyance part for conveying a bill connected to a bill deposit/withdrawal part; a bill storage cabinet connected to the first conveyance part; a first switching part for switching a conveyance path of the bill conveyed from the downstream side to the upstream side to the first conveyance part or the bill storage cabinet, while not switching the bill conveyed from the upstream side to the downstream side to the bill storage cabinet; a temporary holding part connected to the first conveyance part in the downstream side of the first switching part with respect to the first conveyance part and temporarily storing the bill; and a bill control part for conveying a medium to be stored in the bill storage cabinet to a temporary holding part via the first switching part from the bill deposit/withdrawal part in acceptance dealing, and then, switching the conveying path of the bill conveyed from the downstream side to the upstream side in the first switching part, and conveying the bill from the temporary holding part to the bill storage cabinet via the first switching part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
