<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability (durability) and conversion efficiency of a thin film photoelectric converter. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive reflection factor improvement layer including a reflection factor improvement object is prepared between a backside transparent conductive layer and a backside metallic layer. For the reflection factor improvement object, a material having a refractive index lower than that of a material for forming the backside transparent conductive layer, and what's more, LiF is desirable, and preferably, by preparing this in an island shape, the sticking power of a backside metallic electrode is so improved as to be hard to separate, and moreover, the reflectance ratio of the backside metallic electrode is improved, thus enhancing the reliability and efficiency of the photoelectric converter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
