PURPOSE: A leftover food disposal apparatus is provided to dehydrate moisture in leftover food and to proceed a second process for recycling the leftover food including compost or the fuel recycling etc. steadily. CONSTITUTION: A leftover food disposal apparatus comprises the following: a stirring room(112) in which leftover rice is put into through a feed hopper; a chute channel(116) supplying water to s mixing chamber furnace; a housing(110) equipped with a collection chamber(113) connected with the stirring room by a medium of a filtering film(114); a stirring rotation shaft(121) installed at the stirring room; a stirrer(120) equipped with a agitating blade(122) which is protruded from a stirring rotation shaft and stirs leftover rice; a circulating pipe of which one end is communicated with a collection chamber; a circulator equipped with a circulating drive motor; a separator main body which forms a shape of an upward opened container and is arranged on the mixing room; and a separator carrying the leftover rice into a stirring chamber furnace. |
