<p>The invented method is based on location of given electrodes at a selected distance from a phase interface of two immiscible phases, further a controlled application of electric, magnetic or electromagnetic signal to these electrodes and monitoring a corresponding response of a dependent signal, transfer of these phases into contact with a third or another immiscible phase being just formed, registration and evaluation of changes of the dependent signal, optionally similar changes caused by disappearance of the third or another immiscible phase connected therewith. Apparatus for making the above-described method consists of a measured system unit (1) that is parallel-connected with independent signal generation unit (2) further with a dependent signal measuring unit (3) and if need may be with a power supply unit (4) and a program and control unit (5), whereby said independent signal generation unit (2) is parallel-connected with said dependent signal measuring unit (3), said program and control unit (5), an evaluating and recording unit (6), and further said dependent signal measuring unit (3) is parallel-connected with a signaling and regulation unit (7), said evaluating and recording unit (6) and said program and control unit (5), whereby if need may be said evaluating and recording unit (6) and said signaling and regulation unit (7) can also be connected with each other.</p> |
