PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a gas supply or exhaust, or a gas movement or circulation by one air supply or exhaust device or switching the gas supply to the gas exhaust, or reversing a moving direction or a circulating direction by one circulating device. SOLUTION: The air supply or exhaust is carried out by a fan and duct with a power source, or the moving direction or the circulation direction of gas is reciprocally reversed by a damper inserted into the duct. A position of a movable vane shown in Fig. A can be switched to a position of the movable vane shown in Fig. B so as to be reciprocally reversed.
